If you are a charter member, please contact the DDNA office at 1-800-888-6733 M-F 9 AM to 5 PM ET, and we will send you the form for Charter Member renewal.

• How to renew if you are a current member of DDNA and do not yet have a username and password for the website

If you do not have a username and password, you may create them by providing us with some information about yourself. Help us to locate you in the database by typing in your name and membership number below. (If you do not know your membership number, you can request it by calling DDNA at 1-800-888-6733 M-F 9 AM to 5 PM ET).

When you click on the Go button below, it will take you to your membership information page. You will be asked to review your membership information and update it if necessary. You will then be taken to a secure credit card processing page to pay for your renewal. You also will be given the option to print out a renewal application and mail it to DDNA with a check.

• How to renew if you are a current member of DDNA and already have a username and password for the website

If you already have a username and password, please enter them below. You will be asked to review your membership information and update it if necessary. You will then be taken to a secure credit card processing page to pay for your renewal. You also will be given the option to print out a renewal application and mail it to DDNA with a check. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "forgot password," and you will be prompted to select a new password. It may be helpful for you to keep your username and password written down.
