Creating a new password...

If you have forgotten your password, you need to create a new one. Here are the steps:

1. Enter the email address below that you used when you registered on the DDNA site (either your home or your work email address).
2. DDNA will email you your username along with a temporary password. You will want to change this temporary password to a password that you can easily remember.
3. To change the password, log in to the website by entering your username and the temporary password. Change your password to something that you will remember by clicking on "Update My Information or change my password" and entering your new password.
