Some networks have asked for the guidelines on how to submit a network annual report. We've created an annual report form that can easily be filled out and submitted on an annual basis. If you have news or information about your network that you wish to include in the quarterly online newsletter, please send an email to DDNA. The deadlines for each quarter are as follows:

• March issue - the deadline is February 25th
• June issue - the deadline is May 25th
• September issue - the deadline is August 25th
• December issue - the deadline is November 25th

Please be sure to include all current contact information for your network when submitting news. To make sure that your network receives the recognition and program publicity that it wants, please remind your network contact person to get your network's information in to DDNA by the deadline dates.
