Contacting chapters/networks

Are you looking for a DDNA chapter or network in your area? Call the DDNA National Office, M-F, 9-5 ET, or send us an email, including your city and state, and we will give you contact information for your area. You may also check the locations of our chapters and networks in the Network News section of DDNA's newsletters, which are posted on the Newsletter page.

Chapter/network annual reports

Some chapters/networks have asked for the guidelines on how to submit an annual report. We have created an annual report form that can easily be filled out and submitted each January. Download the DDNA Chapter/Network Information Update Form. This is a Microsoft Word document that can be filled out right on your computer and then emailed, faxed, or mailed to DDNA.

Newsletter submissions

If you have news or information about your chapter or network that you wish to include in the quarterly online newsletter, please send an email to DDNA. The deadlines for each quarter are as follows:

• March issue - February 25^th deadline
• June issue - May 25^th deadline
• September issue - August 25^th deadline
• December issue - November 25^th deadline

Include all current contact information for your chapter/network when submitting news. To make sure that your chapter/network receives the recognition and program publicity that it wants, please remind your contact person to get your the information in to DDNA by the deadline dates.
