Sponsors and Exhibitors
The Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association (DDNA), the national association for nurses who provide care and services for people with intellectual
and developmental disabilities (I/DD), invites you to gain valuable exposure for your business or organization by exhibiting at our 22st Annual
Education Conference. It will be held Saturday, May 3 through Sunday, May 4, 2014 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel at 9700 International Drive in Orlando, Florida.
This conference brings together nurses from the United States and Canada who are on the front lines of clinical care for persons with I/DD. Our members observe and assess for healthcare problems, evaluate needs, and make recommendations for and/or prescribe products and services. Most influence purchase decisions at the national, state, local, and facility levels. Our conference attendees greatly value the opportunity to have face time with exhibitors and sponsors to learn about their products and services.
DDNA has both exhibitor and sponsor participation levels for businesses and organizations, and this year we are offering amazingly affordable exhibitor and sponsor fees. Our members are very interested in learning about products and services that benefit their nursing practice and the clients for whom they provide care and services. The exhibit area is directly outside the conference meeting space, and all attendees will be walking through the exhibit area throughout the day.
This year, we have a significantly upgraded the benefit package for conference sponsors . . . in fact, the dollar value of benefits for sponsors now exceeds the cost of the sponsorship! We want sponsors to have the opportunity to meet with our members in person at the conference, as well as have membership in DDNA. As a corporate DDNA member, you will be able to inform I/DD nurses about your products and services via our website's online forums and make use of free advertising benefits on our website and in newsletters throughout the year after the conference.
Our official exhibit hours are 10 am - 10:30 am and 3 PM to 3:30 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. However, the exhibit area is open all day. If you are an early riser and want some extra exhibit time, you are welcome to set up at 6:30 AM. Typically, our conference attendees like to visit with exhibitors in the morning before the conference starts.
Please see the attached exhibitor and sponsor forms. If have any questions, please feel free to call us at 800-888-6733, 9-5 ET M-F. You may mail your completed form with payment to: DDNA, PO Box 536489, Orlando, FL, 32853.
We hope to see you in Orlando!
Enjoy the same hotel discounts as attendees!
