Members - discounted price

Online registration DDNA members must be logged in before beginning the registration process.

Mail in registration Download and printout the registration forms here. If you are unable to print the form, please contact DDNA, and we will fax or mail you a registration form.

Non-Members - full price

Online registration Not a member of DDNA? To register online, click on the link and fill out the registration form. You will be offered the opportunity to join DDNA as a member and receive the discounted conference fee, plus membership affords you free access to many other valuable membership benefits.

Registering more than one person?

For online registration of two or more persons, register each person separately. If any person is a DDNA member, it is important to log in to this website with their username and password before registering. If you do not, their member discount will not be applied.

Registration Fees

Registration includes admission to all sessions. Meals, except for Monday luncheon and Tuesday breakfast, are not included in the registration fee. Pre-conference and certification prep registration is additional. Registrations submitted online are not considered complete until payment is processed.

Cancellation Policy:

Registrants cancelling by April 30, 2010 will receive a full refund minus a $45 administrative fee. Cancellation by May 5, 2010 - 50% of fees paid will be refunded. No refunds after May 6, 2010.

MEAL REGISTRATION	Please note that box lunches cost $25 each. Purchasing box lunches is optional. DDNA is providing a complimentary breakfast on Sunday and an award luncheon on Monday. To ensure an accurate meal count, we ask that you reserve your complimentary meal. If you do not reserve a meal, it will not be ordered for you.
