Prospectus Berco, located in Reading, Pennsylvania is a provider of services to individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs. We are seeking a qualified nurse to coordinate and provide quality nursing care to residents. The ideal candidate will possess these qualifications:

· Graduate of an approved school of nursing; RN or LPN with a current license to practice in Pennsylvania

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing is preferred

· Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs

· Demonstrated leadership, organizational and supervisory abilities

The pay rate for this full time position is $17.00/hour for RN and $15.00/hour for LPN. Starting rate upgrades are considered based on experience. An excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance are offered to full time employees.
