Developmental Disabilities Health Alliance, Inc.

Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner

Positions available in North Brunswick, NJ and Bronx, NY

Developmental Disabilities Health Alliance (DDHA) is a nationally recognized health care provider for individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. DDHA recently received funding from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) through the Health Care Innovation Challenge to expand our practice to 6 locations throughout New Jersey and the greater New York City [metropolitan] area.

In our model, patients receive care from a team of nurse practitioners (NPs) and physicians who integrate primary care, mental health and selected specialty medical care. NPs carry a case load of only 250 to 500 patients and have sufficient time to address all aspects of primary care and preventative health services.

DDHA has openings for full time, licensed Family Nurse Practitioners in North Brunswick, NJ and the Bronx, NY.  Duties include the provision of healthcare services and care management for persons with developmental disabilities.

If you are looking for a rewarding primary care opportunity as a member of a multidisciplinary team, please respond by email to Noelle Zeth at
